The capacity to build and maintain effective relationships is the single most important requirement for career success and personal fulfillment. After more than 30 years of working with people in a wide variety of settings, I've become convinced that most personal and organizational problems are symptoms of deeper, unresolved, relationship issues.

I believe that the best way to improve relationships is to move toward becoming a more Genuine Giver, a person who maintains a healthy balance between give and take with others.
