I also specialize in team coaching, with an emphasis on identifying and overcoming barriers to optimum team performance. Interventions designed to increase cohesiveness
and reduce conflict have disappointing results, unless they get at the underlying causes of problems. Through a combination of interviews and assessment processes, and
instruments, I can identify the causes of team problems in specific, behavioral terms. Following data collection and analysis, I work with the team to resolve issues and build on strengths.
