Removing Barriers to Peak Performance
A gap often exists between people's actual and potential performance, resulting in productivity problems, frustration, demotivation and lack of job fulfillment. Performance is a function of four Cs:

Commitment (What we want to do)
Confidence (What we believe we can do)
Competence (What we actually can do)
Contingencies (The physical and interpersonal environment within which we work)

Performance will be more effective when all four factors are positive, than it will be if one or more factors are negative. During this workshop, participants will identify the causes of performance deficiencies through the Peak Performance Inventory™, and leave with a plan of action for closing the gap between their current and potential performance.

Following assessment, you will develop a Plan for Personal Change, identifying values, beliefs, and behaviors you wish to change. You will leave with a clearer direction for the future, and greater confidence in your ability to achieve your goals.
